    Losing Weight

    Losing weight is a difficult thing to do. I have been fighting with mine all of my life. I can say that I weigh less now than I did in high school and I have had 4 kids. I started wearing a pedometer to count my steps a day. My goal is 10,000 a day and so far I have made it the days I work so I guess on my days off I am going to have to stay off of this computer and get out and walk. I also bought the BL exercise videos with Bob and Jillian. I need to get up earlier and work out. BOB will work your ass off. LOL
